This hotel is in a great location. Close to everything. Lot's of restaurants and shops a few minutes away. The train station is about 7mins taxi away and costs about 10 euros. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and the beds were really comfortable. My room was pretty large and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was a bit average. I can't eat gluten so I have to stick to fruit, yoghurt etc. The yoghurt wasn't very nice. It tasted really cheap. The kiwi fruit wasn't ripe so I felt bad wasting it. That's the only thing I didn't like about my stay. If you can eat gluten then you'll like the breakfast. Lots of options - toast, pastries etc. Everything else was great!

the hotel is in the city center and close from the tram, perfectly located. the staff at the reception was available, helpful, and always very nice. The hotel in general is clean and pleasant. I had a standard room, clean, quiet and functional. on the down side, my room (415) was dark because there was only thick curtains that you needed to keep closed because the window was on the inner side, right in front of several other windows. I guess this side was more quiet than the street but it would have been nice to have lighter curtains to let some light in. Also the bed was not so great. Springs squeaking constantly. Those are details. all in all, for 50 euros per night, this is a very good value for money. No parking but you get a low rate (16.50 per night instead of 19) at the nearby underground parking.

Sadly having to leave a bad review. The whole hotel was very dirty and the room was very basic. Really surprised that this hotel has gained a 3 star rating. No water in the mini fridge and was told to go next door to a restaurant if we wanted water. Heating wasnt working in the room either. Breakfast was a basic as you can get, and thankfully went out for dinner and drinks.

Great location in the centre for visiting The Basilica and all that is centric. No restaurant (it closed in July apparently but will open sometime in the future) but so many nearby it doesn't matter that much and especially as El Tubo is near too!! No bar either but minibar prices are reasonable. Bed and breakfast at a great price ratio, especially over new year. Buffet breakfast a bit sparse but OK.

Unexpected jewel in the heart of Zaragoza. In a city of hundreds of hotel options, the Oriente stands out for the following reasons: Extremely helpful staff at Reception Extremely helpful and pleasant staff at breakfast. Overall good value / price relationship. Cleanliness. Close to city centre. No nonsense, no frills accommodation. The décor is dated, it isn't luxurious but it works fine and its functional. Great breakfast buffet, plenty of options, variety. Reliable heating, warm rooms. Off site parking agreement with nearby Salomera parking station at reduced pricing. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the mornings. No noise, quiet location despite being centric. Eager to please staff. Accustomed to usually staying at nearby 4 stars we took a chance and it paid off. Congratulations to the Oriente staff for making us feel welcome and comfortable. We recommend the Oriente as a reliable good value, clean and friendly place to stay. Thanks Oriente!

We had a wonderful week in this central location. Easy walking distance to trams, El Tubo, shopping. Wifi is stronger on the same side of the hotel as reception if that is important for you. Breakfast was included and found the other breakfast guests very friendly. The restaurant staff were very helpful and responsive. The room was a good size. Beds were comfortable, room kept very clean and showers hot! We will stay there again.

This Hotel is in the middle of city center, however my room was still very quiet and I did not get disturbed by outside noise at all. I did get woken by some children on the same floor as me but that is not the hotel's fault. The room itself was fine, a bit basic and I did find the lack of a kettle and tea bags, coffee etc a bit odd - although a friend staying at a different hotel found the same thing so perhaps this is just a Spanish thing. Also there was wi-fi advertised but I couldn't find the password anywhere in the room. Didn't bother me overmuch as I had data roaming anyway. The bed was comfortable although it tended to squeak every time I rolled over! Room had aircon which was very quiet and very welcome. All in all decent for the money.

This hotel is ideally located for exploring the city - close to the Cathedral, Basilica and other historic sights. The staff were excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of choice. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby car park for a discounted price. We would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits to Zaragoza.

We were greeted by an energetic young lady who's English was great and demeanor welcoming. She was helpful and got us through check in and accommodated nicely. The room was clean, the AC was exactly what we needed after a hot three days from Barcelona to Zaragoza.

Fantastic location in the centre of the city, you can go walking everywhere, very clean and spacious room, renovated. The only thing I miss is a fridge in the room. I can not say anything about breakfast or meals
