The location is just right - in the center of the shopping/dining/old town area. If you are American and like to wake up early- the little lobby coffee shop is always open- yaa. The staff are friendly. The staff is chill and knows the tourist business. Taxis are right outside. They should expand and have a chain of these hotels in Europe. The no coffee or food until 0900 rule in say Spain is annoying :)
Excellent service, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Parking in their designed facility is a challenge, due to extremely tight spaces
Great location. Nice staff. Delicious breakfast. Great deal.
Deserves a 3rd star, modern, updated, great service
Hotel offered everything needed with not extra fancy stuff. So if you need a place to just crash go for it. The price was extremely low and location was ok. Restaurant near the hotel were nothing to brag about. There were more options about 3-4 blocks away.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
The room & hotel are clean & updated to modern standards but the bed was rock hard with springs in your back & the pillows were so big they bent your neck awkwardly. The balcony is cute but extremely noisy at night. There is no climate control in the room & the AC was randomly turned on at night which made it freezing. The staff was friendly until we went to pay the bill. Suddenly they didn't seem to understand English. They said our single bag of laundry would have been 99 Euros but it was on special for 1/2 off so the price was "only 50." This was not dry cleaning, just wash & fold. I speak Spanish but I was so disgusted I didn't bother to complain because it was obvious what was going on. I hate it when places think they can dupe tourists because they'll never be back & if they get you once that is enough. Don't stay here. There are numerous alternatives.
Buena ubicación, buen servicio y muy limpio. Volvería
