We were able to make last minute reservations. The staff is polite and really tries to help. Unfortunately the mattress pulls away from the wall when you try to sit up and read in bed,, but as noted the rooms were clean.
The family room was very spacious and clean including 2 bedrooms and living, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking a school and apartments. It had a fridge with 4 complementary bottles of water and a lock with a key. The beds were a kind of firm foam that seems to common throughout Spain. They're not bad but not great either. The big bummer was that the elevator was adjacent to the room causing a subtle noise in the room every time it was used. Underground parking was available for a price. We had to go outside to a stairwell to access it. Location was best for the university but was a drive or cab ride to the old part of the city with a beautiful cathedral and shopping area. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful.
