We stayed here on route to see Zaragoza en-route to south of Spain. The family room is one of the largest we've seen, the staff were helpful and put our bike in the family room for storage. Great value for a family of four.
A lovely hotel with lovely staff. Only thing I would say is that there is no ramp into the building from the road, the lifts are very small and may not even be able to fit a large wheelchair. I had to leave my mobility scooter in a conference room and hobble up in the lift to the first floor. For someone with no mobility, this hotel will not suit, alhough we did have a large enough room that will accommodate and a small stool for the shower was provided. Also, the height of the undrground car park barely let a Land Cruiser under it. Beware with higher vehicles.
Stayed hear hopefull of a good night sleep on way to balboa checked in everything was great got our large family room eventually after the reception lady grunted it's on first floor it was quite hard to find but got there in the end the room was lovely the secure car park at 11 euros was not secure at all and very tight I did notice about 10 it got locked so after a nice night sleep 8 in the morning the chipping and hammering started and never stopped till we left at ten when checking out the reception told us it's not in our hotel which was a lie all in it was a nice hotel apart from the refurbishment going on above would have been nice to be informed instead of lied to
We needed a hotel at short notice after our travel plans were changed at short notice. I booked the Cesaraugusta because of the secure parking advertised and the price was right! I wasn't expecting too much for €57 if I'm being honest, but on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. The manager on duty at the reception couldnt have been more helpful - there isnt any parking on the busy street outside so my wife went in to find out where to go for parking - he came straight out and guided me down the ramp to the underground car park and the hotel space. Its not gated but better than parking on the street in my opinion. The reception is smart and the service was very efficient. There is a lift but we still needed to climb a few stairs to the 'smoking' room we'd booked (I know, before you say it - i've given up!) My wife was happy to find we had a small terrace and sliding doors! The room was smart, exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable - I had a great night's sleep, probably because our room was at the back overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast was simple but with enough choice to satisfy us and get us on our way. The coffee machine made very nice coffee too! We found the staff friendly, helpful and approachable. I'd be happy to stay here again. Top marks.
We stay at this hotel often as its on our way to Benidorm, it is only a short walk to the main restaurant district but you can find small tapas bars round the corner its also handy as there is a small supermarket nearby so we can get provisions for an early departure I would not recommend the very basic breakfast , The rooms are clean wifi is fine and bathrooms basic but large as my mum would say cheap and cheerful if you dont want to spend a lot of money but want a decent hotel you have found it
The room was reasonably sized and the facilities and condition were good. We were not disturbed much during the night as most guests were considerate so we got a good sleep. The parking was really good with a lift and stairs directly up into the hotel. It was a 10 minute walk to the glorious old city centre which was a a must place to see. The young lady on the desk was very helpful with all the advice we needed.
Car parking is available at the Hotel, I did not check height restriction (stupid) as we had a box fitted it was "no go". Encarna sorted it she stood in the road outside the Hotel saving us a space ( cost 2 euro) till 9 am.Hotel is clean, breakfast is ok. Good Hotel to use as is close to old City with its many restaurants. Would use again.
Maite our hotel hostess was very helpful and welcoming! We parked in the hotel's underground lot (well worth the fee) and took the bus to the old city. The stop is right outside the hotel. The room was comfortable overlooking an internal garden and fountain. The breakfast was standard buffet style. It's an older hotel, but the upkeep is fine.
A very large room for the money, and crystal clean, with the bonus of a large bathtub also! This hotel is very conveniently located for wandering Zaragoza, and Zaragoza itself is a wonderful city! Highly recommended!
It was an overnight accommodation on the was to madrid , the staff are really very helpful . The rooms were large size sleeping room with a large living room & small kitchen . The parking is just in the basement . The location is excellent near all the attraction that you need to see during an overnight .
