Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable, woman working breakfast was just the best! Front desk also. Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Shower was decent. It had good water pressure. We will stay here again.

Easy check in and out. Only issue we had was a very rude employee serving breakfast. She stood in front of the fridge and the kids asked what they had. She’s like well it’s all in there but was blocking any view. Not nice lady at all. Other person serving was sweet.
A HUNDRED SCREAMING TWEENS AND OBNOXIOUS CHAPERONES! Never would have stayed there if I knew it was hosting adolescent softball teams. The hotel itself is nice.

Met our daughters in the area for a dayor two, HI Express was as we expected, nice place to stay. No rif raf in the area, felt secure on the site.
The hotel has easy access to the highway and was perfect for a quick overnight stay. There are several decent restaurants within walking distance. The staff was great and the room was very comfortable. My only disappointment was that had I waited to make the reservation either the day before or the same day, the rate I received in an email would have been $50 cheaper. That's significant and disappointing.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was located right off the highway for easy access. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. You can't ask for much more.
A STAY AT A NICE HOTEL WAS SPOILED BY THE FACT THAT THERE WERE TWO ADOLESCENT SOFTBALLS TEAMS ALSO STAYING THAT NIGHT. NOW I KNOW TO ASK ABOUT LARGE GROUPS BEFORE I CHECK IN.
I found it to be pretty average. It was ok but trying to find it was a challenge. It is way up on a hill behind several resturants with not a lot of signage.
I requested a room for disabled; I was given a regular room.
Fantastic property! Loved the modern boutique-like decor. Very comfortable room and bed...on the high end even for Holiday Inn Express. Very pleasant and accommodating front desk staff. On of the best nights I've spent on the road.
I was in Zanesville, Ohio for business. The hotel was very clean, and friendly service. The guest had a full breakfast with their stay every morning. The beds and rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
During our stay at this Holiday Inn Express we visited family in Zanesville and Adamsville.We went to the Amish Country as we do every year we come to visit.The staff was wonderful and so friendly.My husband is on Dialysis and had to be at the center at 6:00am and I asked the lady at the front desk if there was anyway that I could get him a bagel to eat before going and she said that it would not be a problem.In the past we have stayed at another hotel(Baymont Inn) and had bad service like with getting my husband something to eat before going to dialysis and room services(clean towels,etc.)We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express from now on.
Very clean. Very good breakfast buffet. Enjoyed our stay. We booked a 2nd night at the Holiday Express and it cost only $93.00
