Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I wouldn’t recommend staying here, unfortunately we couldn’t make our stay due to a typhoon as all of the ferries were cancelled for that week, only known to us when we arrived in Okinawa. Not only did the owner not refund us but we could only communicate through Expedia themself as the owner didn’t answer any of our messages.
