Frustrating! We booked 5 nights in winter, we had high expectations, but they were all dashed. At check-in we realized there were only 3 sets of bed linens. There were 4 of us, and they couldn't replace them until the next day, and even then they didn't leave towels. They said there had been a mistake in the booking; I think they gave us the wrong apartment, it was too small for 4 people. Super cramped. They didn't leave garbage bags or cleaning supplies; we spent 5 days in a small and dirty apartment. The shower drain was clogged. We were very upset… the city was covered in snow, and we had no amenities inside the apartment.

Very happy by the appartement... Clean, spacious and good windows. It's better than the photo on the wedsite ;) Only parking is difficult for big cars... Super place.
