Property is well designed and maintained, quiet and healthy environment. The concept of reception and breakfast area away from your room thats the first negative point i found about the Property. As for the second negative point we found no helpers to help us with luggages since the distance between where we park and the bungalow are a bit far.

Bungalows are good but the problem is all amenities are far from each other for example the reception is far from the bungalows and need car, pool is far, restaurant is far All amenities need a car to reach

We had the most amazing experience staying at West Woos Zahle. The service, the staff and the manager Marielle were so friendly and provided an exceptional customer service. The food at the Omnya Restaurant was superb. I highly recommend this place if you come to Zahle, Lebanon.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet en bois avec vue. Le petit déjeuner était très bien et le dîner excellent dans le restaurant de l’hôtel. La gérante est très sympa. L’église est sublime. Je conseille l’été pour profiter de la piscine qui est fermée en hiver. Très bon rapport qualité prix
