great place just 10 min walk from main square. room was spacious,clean and tastefully decorated and the bed and pillow were comfortable. staff was great and helped with any problem or request i had.

Misleading hotels.com listing

The listing om hotels.com claims they have luggage storage which they do not. This one detail (which is a huge reason why we booked this property), almost screwed up our entire travel plans to Plitvice by not being able to store our luggage. We complained and they said we could make arrangements with the maid 3 hours later than when we needed to leave Zagreb. We would have missed our pre paid travel arrangements and probably Plitvice altogether (we only had that day there). After several back and worth emails they finally agreed to give us early check in. So all ended up well. It was frustrating to say the least. If you need luggage storage i would not stay at this hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean. You do have to carry your luggage up 5 flights of stairs though.

Brand new and comfortable room.

We had a very nice stay - booked a week and then a change of plans meant we needed 4 more nights. This accommodation is in the style of a hotel room but it is not a hotel, so it has no reception. We called upon arrival and Dominic came to meet us very quickly to show us the room. Everything is brand new, sparkling clean and uses top quality materials. Because it is not a hotel, there was no daily room cleaning or change of linens - we did get new linens with our new reservation. We didn’t ask during our 7 night stay. There are many restaurants and cafes close to the room and a bakery that is open until very late at night. The main square is an easy walk of 10-15 minutes. I would just note that if you have difficulty with stairs, please note this accommodation is in the fourth floor with no lift. We considered it as a free stair master. Dominic helped us with the luggage so it manageable. We were very comfortable for the time we were there. Oh, the bathroom has an awesome shower with excellent pressure. There is a kettle and fridge also. I would have liked also or instead of kettle to have a coffee maker - maybe a capsule machine. It would be a big plus! Even without the coffee, the room was comfortable and very quiet. I would recommend it freely.

The Room is good - as you see on pictures. Be aware of it - there is no reception/desk/lobby at all. Anyway, the Stuff comes to make you happy as best as they can.
