Es fing zunächst an das wir zum Check In pünktlich ankamen und gar keine Infos seitens der Vermieter hatten welche Wohnung es ist, da kein Namensschild am Objekt angebracht ist. Vermieter daraufhin kontaktiert bekam auch umgehend einen Anruf mit der Auskunft das wir die Wohnung erst mal nicht beziehen können da die Putzfrau sich krank gemeldet hat. Er würde jetzt seine Schwester vorbeischicken damit sie putzt. Darüber hätte man uns im Vorfeld ja informieren können. Nach ca. 1,5 Stunden kam der Anruf das wir jetzt die Wohnung beziehen können. Als wir ankamen empfing uns die Schwester und entschuldigte sichfür die Unannehmlichkeiten und bot uns als kleine Wiedergutmachung 1 Stunde im Fitness Center auf ihre Kosten jedoch war die Zeit nicht frei wählbar. Wir haben darauf verzichtet. Nachdem die junge Dame uns alles erklärt und gegangen war haben wird die geputzte Wohnung in Augenschein genommen. Von Putzen kann keine rede gewesen sein die Wohnung war nur kurz feucht durchgewischt und die Betten gemacht gewesen. In den Ecken waren Spinnweben. In der Besteckschublade Essensreste vom Vorgänger sowie im TK Fach Essensreste. Der Kühlschrank schien auch seit einer geraumen Ewigkeit nicht geputzt worden zu sein. Vom kleinen TK Fach war auch die Tür so montiert das man sie nicht komplett öffnen konnte da sie an die Fächer der Aussentür gestoßen ist. Alles in allem wäre es eine super Wohnung wenn mehr auf Sauberkeit und Kommunikation geachtet werden würde. Für uns nicht mehr!!

Simply perfect !

The photos don't do it enough, but the apartment is beautiful, new, very clean and perfect for 4 people with 2 separate rooms and each with its own bathroom. Air conditioning everywhere and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher! The very kind owners welcomed us warmly, leaving the fridge and pantry full of biscuits, chocolate and more. Plenty of free parking for the car, and about twenty minutes from the center of Zagreb. The 5 stars are well deserved.
