Next to the house there is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a covered terrace with a large outdoor kitchen and barbecue. On the property there are also recreational facilities for children and adults. The living space is distributed over the first floor, the second floor and the attic. The first floor is accessible via external stairs. The attic has a balcony with a view of Zagreb and the surrounding area.
