Constructions works Wake you up at 7;00 am

There’s a construction works in the hotel that no one warns you about before or during the checkin. We’ve stayed for 2 nights and we’ve been woken up each morning at 7 am by machines working on site. Not only this but machines been working all day including midday so no one could rest during the day either. Receptionist was rude enough to asks me to pay extra for late check out even though we had the most terrible experience.

The hotel room was a little with dust. Breakfast was not great, we ate at 9:15 and there was not so many food left and they did not refill. Parking is good and free.

Non functional air con

All good except from the air conditioning which was terrible, i think it was worse to have it on than off, so i just opted to open the window. Having a working air con is paramount to me, for that reason i’m leaving a bad review

Nice stay but breakfast needs improvement

Nice place to stay with large bathroom and two beds. Breakfast needs to be improved however. There was a group of Indian tourist and the coffee machine did not work and the man working there did not seem to try to fix anything. He just said it doesn't work and walked away. No " I am sorry or try other options (express machine at bar?) If you want to bring large groups like this, you must have more staff available for cleaning off tables and replacing juices and fixing coffee machines.

Creepy Hotel

Exterior of hotel looked abandoned. No cars at all in parking lot. We could see lights on in reception and attached restaurant had its door opened. Otherwise we would never had gotten out of car. Room was nice. However there was an odor throughout that was not pleasant. Attached restaurant was beautiful but had NO patrons. Very unusual and highly suspicious.

When everything goes wrong

We came into the hotel late in the evening, after a long day of driving. Check-in process took excessively long, and the receptionist barely spoke any English. When entering the room, it felt humid. We didn´t think much of it at first. Then I went to the bathroom, there was an unpleasant surprise in the toilet bowl, there were two hotel glasses one of them probably used, since the wrapper was on the sink, and the other glass was still wrapped. And of course there wasn´t a single towel in the room. We went out to eat, and told the reception that we were missing all the towels. They promised to deliver them, while we were away. Upon our return, when the receptionist saw our faces, I could tell that they had totally forgot about the towels, and now rushed to get them. Back in our room we were about to go to sleep and the room still felt humid, despite AC being on. I took a look at the AC control and it was set to DRY. AC itself was very fancy, in fact it was so fancy that the hotel had locked out most of the functions, and we couldn´t adjust the fan speed. Also the reason for humid feeling in the room was revealed. Was going to bed and noticed 1/3 of the rooms carpet floor was wet. It was the far end and this was the first time I had stepped there. At this point day had been so long, and all our stuff were spreaded, so didn´t have the energy anymore to go ask for a new room. Breakfast was no pick nick either. Many of the things there were constantly out.
