Large apartment with free parking spot

Large apartment, 12 minutes walking distance from the center. Free parking space, which means a lot. The entrance to the parking is a bit narrow (195cm) but for our car ok. Nice and fast communication with the owner. The apartment is nice with 2 large bedrooms, a kitchen and a terrace, large tv's in every room.
