We really enjoyed our stay in Iadera. We came for 2 nights. Room was very nice and cosy. You get a small bottle of water every day, a bag for spa and flip-flops at the beginning. The food was tasty and very good. Maybe they could improve their deserts (they aren’t bad, but could be better). Spa is very big. You can find a free bed for rest. Many different saunas. We also had a massage and it was nice and strong. It was a perfect weekend, ful of relaxing.
I’ve been in this hotel just now. Its a good hotel, beautiful area, good food, good spa and gym. Everything was about to be great until i had a lil accident. Accidentally i put some towels and covered one light of the bathroom with it. In the morning when i woke up it was all burned from the heat of the lamp. It burned also my jacket (quite expensive one) i was obviously shocked. Didnt want to make it, but also was happy that it didnt start any fire. Later on, when i had time to talk to the hotel about it, they charged me 200€ for 2 small towels burned and the plastic thing that was around the lamp. My 1st reaction was... ok, no problem it was my mistake. I gotta pay the costs. But then i realized, how much could cost 2 small towels and a plastic thing that goes on the lamp? Specially for a big hotel, it could cost like alltogether 20€ probably. And plus i expect from a 5 star hotel that they are ready to absorb this lil problems to make their clients happy and safe. Im very glad that the room didnt went on fire because of my non intentional mistake, but i strongly recommend the hotel to not to use this old extremely hot lamps anywhere. In my house i use only energy saving lamps (cold lamps) and i saw that they are using it partially but not only in the bathroom. Anyways, even if it was my non intentional mistake (who doesnt make a mistake?) putting the towel where it didnt supose to be, i dont think is fair from such a hotel to charge me this much money (much more then the price of it) in the day of my birthday knowing the proportion it could take and knowing also i lost a very expensive jacket. I really expected a nicer aproach to a client. I was confirming a group of friends and family to come together this weekend now for my birthday celebration, but because of this i changed my mind. I think this kind of hotel should be more client oriented, based not only in the quality and place but most importantly on the service and approach to the client.
Hotel is really good - great food in all restaurants, extremely polite employees, spacious welness and spa, nice indoor pool, mostly clean and quiet. Nice small gestures such as water and chocolate every day from cleaning lady, small talk with restaurant staff when they see a toddler...all really nice. But, the room has the bathroom next to the bed. Which if people would see in some 2* or in private rentals would say - no, I will not take it. But here in 5* you get it. The toillete however is in the small space with doors of the closet (?!). The bathroom in the room leads you to the situation that your small child tries to open water on the bathtub 50x, runs with shower around, tries constantly to open and close the glass door of the shower. Deffinitelly not a stay you wish. The door of the shower noisy and somehow old so you can not do anything while the child is sleeping next to the shower door. TV user interface in german, completely not user friendly. Heeting device for regulating temperature is from middle age. You can not know which is the room temperature nor on which temp you adjusted. It is winter but we saw the beach. All rocks. However, I beleive you don’t need a beach in the summer since pools are really nice and having sea water. If I compare other 5* on our coast that we visited, I would outline here food, staff and welness.
This is an excellent hotel with high quality services and customer care. I really like the services they provided in the spa and sauna. Receptionists are very good and provide proper advices. Cheerful staff
Everything on high livel, rooms, staff, food .Husband and I been there for 4 days. We get more than we expected. We will be back for sure becouse this is the best hotel in that area for sure !Thank you very much for the expirience.
We came for a family weekend expecting to visit Falkensteiner Hotel Adria, but it was full. when we reach the hotel passing through usual narrow Dalmatian street we found ourselves in front of the modern building in a spacious and desolate so unlikely Dalmatia. Only the guy at the hotel ramp was dalmatiatly rude but rest of the Hotel was out of this world. Spacious areas. Everything was clean and beautiful. It was sensational breakfast Falkensteiner as usual. We rather coose to go to the city that the spa but if you just want to sleep, read, have a spa and wonder around hotel in bathrobe carelessly this is the right place.
Hotel is new (eight years old) and very attractive. Modern architecture with a lot of luxury but not on a first sight. Modest and nice. Rooms are Falkensteiner type - bathroom in the middle of the room with a lot of sunlight everywhere. But Spa!!! Beautiful large elegant quiet and PERFECT place for relaxation. This is definetly best wellness and spa on the Adriatic coast of Croatia. Staff is very nice with hospitality seen everywhere but very prifessional. This is hotel to come and stay long! Must visit!
This is a Heaven on the earth for me. We are coming twice every year after we finish our summer season to relax and enjoy. Hotel is beautiful with navy blue colours, food is exceptional, service is top of the top. I am really FEEL LIKE HOME there! Rooms are big and beautiful decorated in mediterrian way, houskeping is fantastic as 5* hotel deserves. The SPA is the best I saw in all Falki hotels. Very good massage packages. I love it and highlly recommneded! THE BEST
Enjoyed our stay at Fralkensteiner Hotel. The rooms are big, clean and feel like we are in Santorini. The staff are friendly and helpful. Has great spa facilities where you can relax the whole day. Hotel offer day tripper for the use of their spa.
We only visited the restaurant next to the swimming pool which was very nice with good service. This place is rather pricey due to its size and amenities and, moreover, it is a hot spot for Croatian celebrities. Hence, it is not too crowded and the service is very discreet. There is a huge parking lot (no fee) and you can also buy a day ticket for the spa if you aren't staying at this hotel.
