The interior of Villa La Thea covers 220 m2 and provides accommodation for 8 guests in 3 en-suite fully air-conditioned bedrooms with shower. Guests have at their disposal an extra bathroom with all toiletries. The kitchen, dinning room and living room are open-plan. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare all kinds of specialities. Prepared meals may be served at the dining table, which comfortably seats 8 guests. Here you can find a sofa with a TV in front of it. Just a few steps away there is a spacious corner sofa with two armchairs as well as a television. A washer and ironing board are at your disposal.



Villa La Thea is fully fenced, and the backyard is 600 m2. Swim in the 32 m2 swimming pool and sunbathe on comfy sun loungers. If you want to swim in the sea – you’re just five meters from it.You can also use a barbeque near which there is an outside table where you can enjoy the evening hours. The outdoor hanging chairs are particularly popular with guests, as well as a sofa lounge and chairs decorated with cozy pillows. The sitting area on the top terrace is ideal to read your favorite book or drink a summer drink while observing the magical horizon. Private parking is at guests disposal.

In Petrčani there is also a place called Konoba Kraljevski vinogradi where you can try the top local wines Pošip, Crljenak and Plavac mali and enjoy the vast fields of vineyards surrounded by untouched nature.



For all those eager for adventurous ventures, there is an Adventure Park nearby with a variety of content such as paintball or squad. Somewhat north of the town of Petrčana there are numerous other small maritime towns whose summer offer is full of interesting cultural, musical and entertainment content. On the island of Vir, for example, you will find numerous places for night outs, while in Nin all lovers of cultural and historical monuments and researchers of ancient antiquities will enjoy themselves. In Nin there is also a beach with healing mud Peloida, whose beneficial properties were known even in the prehistoric period.
