Apartment Demo

Sehr schöne Ruhige Lage. Da die Entfernung zum Strand 800m beträgt ist es sehr ruhig und man kann den Urlaub genießen. Der Ausblick auf die Adria ist durch die Lage sehr gut. Alles in allem haben wir die 14 Tage sehr genossen.

Lage schön, Kommunikation mit Vermieterin mangelhaft

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön. Man hat einen schönеn Blick von Balkon aus auf das Meer. Der Strand ist wunderschön, das Wasser ist klar (für Schnorchelfreunde). Aber: Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war etwas schwierig. Der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine funktionierten nicht. Nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieteren wurde einem sogar unterstellt die Sachen eigenständig kaputt gemacht zu haben. Bedeutet man musste ab dem 4 Tag den Abwasch selbst machen. Wenn ich eine Wohnung mit Geschirrspüler + Waschmaschine (wichtig um Strandtücher zu waschen!) raussuche, dann gehe ich davon aus, dass diese funktionieren!!! Ersatzansprüche wurden von Vermieteren abgelehnt, ganz im Gegenteil, wir wurden immer wieder bezichtigt die Sachen selbst kaputt gemacht zu haben. Liebe Grüße
