Zadar and Surrounds

We stayed at this property from 19 June - 30th June 2025. Great property just out side of hustle and bustle of city center. With free parking on site made great for our traveling. While out of center it was a 25 minute down hill walk to harbor and pedestrian bridge to Old City, I walked down to harbor most morning for a coffee and walked back, I am reasonably fit 76 years old , but would not recommend walking back up hill unless you are fit. There are views from balcony of the apartment. There where road works going on during our stay but they didn't interfere with our enjoyment of our stay. The owners lived on site and were always very helpful and asking if we needed any thing. I would highly recommend this property to any one wishing to stay in Zadar area. Rod

Tolle Wohnung von freundlichen Vermietern.

Wie haben eine kleine und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Wohnung vorgefunden die in einem extrem sauberen Zustand war. Sie Vermieten waren zu jeden Zeitpunkt freundlich und über die Maßen hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung für alle empfehlen die für wenig Geld eine Tolle Wohnung und erstklassige Vermieter haben wollen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich perfekt! Wir waren zu dritt und es eignet sich hervorragend für bis zu vier Personen. Grundsätzlich können auch sechs Personen unterkommen, dann ist aber auch das Wohnzimmer belegt. Die Wohnung war tipptopp sauber und sehr schöne geschnitten. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und wenn doch mal etwas fehlt, dann haben unsere Gastgeber alles möglich gemacht. Überhaupt war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern einzigartig. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit, unsere Tochter durfte sogar die Spielsachen des Sohnes benutzen. Die Gastfreundschaft war geradezu außergewöhnlich! Und noch ein Wort zur Ausstattung: ich kenne Ferienwohnung in denen man bereits zu Beginn Salz und Toilettenpapier besorgen musste. Ganz anders hier: es gab einen Grundstock an Gewürzen, Sanitärartikeln, Kaffee und sogar Tabs für Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Sollten wir wieder in die Gehend fahren, dann nur hierhin! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Bilder und Beschreibungen der Unterkunft passen zu 100%. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden, so das man direkt in den Urlaub starten konnte. Ruhige Lage, aber sehr gut angebunden, um zu einkaufen oder in die Stadt zu gehen. Sehr Kinderfreundlich angelegt und sehr nette Vermieter. Man fühlte sich extrem gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Séjour à Zadar en Août 2019.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement extrêmement soigné et aménagé avec goût .Une literie irréprochable , des prestations de qualité.Quartier très calme et très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville et permettant de rayonner dans les nombreux parcs nationaux accessibles en moins de deux heures de route. Propriétaires très accueillants , à l’écoute et qui cherchent à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. A recommander vivement. Sophie ,Thierry et leurs enfants.

Not just hosts! We became friends!

We highly recommend this apartment and very much enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in this lovely equiped flat. It’s located on a quiet street in a silent neighborhood in a safe area with a nice sea and horizon view, even perfect for a sundowner on the balcony. There is a bus station a block away which makes it very easy to get around to other parts of the city in case you don’t have a car. The flat was absolutely clean and comfortable, and has all the amenities you need incl. air-condition in every room. It is perfect for families up to 5 people. Our lovely and always caring hosts were all the time very attentive in making sure all was well for our stay, with recommendations to visit (sightseeing, beaches, restaurants, shopping, nature spots, etc.) and on top having good talks and awesome quality time all together. We can’t wait to visit again, and we’ll recommend this property to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much for making our stay as perfect as it could be!
