Detached single-storey house on a partly enclosed plot of 2000m². Ground floor: entrance with library, equipped kitchen (ceramic hob), living room (fireplace, double sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 bed of 1.40m, 1 folding baby bed), 1 bedroom (2 beds of 0.90m and 1 extra child's bed), bathroom, WC. Oil heating included. Wood to be paid in addition 12€/week. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, stroller... Close to the heart of the village, the cottage is very well located for all kinds of activities. Yvoy-le-Marron is a small village with all the shops you will need during your holidays, located in a quiet area in the Sologne countryside. Your cottage is bright, well laid out and warm, with an equally charming exterior with a large garden with trees and a swing for children. Other leisure equipment is available to help you make the most of your stay, including a swing, 2 children's bikes and a boules court. Regarding outdoor activities, the cottage is only 500m from a walking and cycling path in the middle of the forest, 4km from Center-Parc and the many Châteaux of the Loire are accessible by car: everything you need to have a great holiday!
