Foothills Vacation Retreat!!

Come stay in this remodeled and updated vacation home in the foothills. Located close to the base of the Fortuna Foothills, this home is only 30 minutes from Martinez Lake and YPG. Enjoy hiking at Telegraph Pass, 4x4 off roading, or jump on the freeway and take the short drive to Algodones Mexico. This home sits on a large corner lot and offers a wraparound driveway for easy parking and access. Enjoy BBQs on the private patio, or just relax in the living watching tv on the 70-inch flatscreen. The master shower had been updated with a waterfall showerhead and wall jets. This home is also close to a few shopping centers and bars/restaurants.

From the first interaction with the host of this property, the stay was great. The house was decorated tastefully. The location was great. Quiet with a nice view surrounding the property. I enjoyed my morning coffee in the private patio area. I was able to relax and stay on top of business while listening to the birds. I would definitely stay here again if I need a rental again.

This home was perfect for our weekend in Yuma. Kyle is an excellent host. Everything was well thought out, tastefully decorated and in excellent shape. Kyle responded to communications in seconds. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and easy to get to. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommended!!

The property was exactly how it is described, kitchen very well appointed and bathroom excellent with two sinks and a great shower. Located right in the foothills with some lovely walks very near. Shops just a short drive away. The community is friendly and quiet. Would definitely stay again.
