Lovely area, clean, very nice landscaping and neighborhood. Recently remodeled. Quiet area to relax and enjoy AZ warmth in serene environment. Above ground pool accessible. Bbq. Covered patio for entertaining. Weekly cleaning included in rental fee. 15 miles from downtown Yuma.
