Nice stay for one night. Breakfast is normal for its price, limited choice -- I didn't take it and went to a local cafe.

It is a decent location for a lower price than other hotels around. Both day and night staff were very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, extra towels, etc. My biggest complaint is that the parking spaces are very narrow.

This hotel is a great place to stay, the rooms were pretty big, and the beds were comfortable. I did not have any complaints about this hotel.

big rooms, huge beds. 3 can sleep easily in 1 bed. plus extra pull out couch sleeps 2. Bring a portable stove and you have a small kitchen at a corner bar.

This hotel is situated in Mammoth Lakes area, very convenient drive to Yosemite National Park east entrance. Also, there is a quite big lake nearby where one can rent a boat to cruise around, a big plus for this hotel location-wise. Four of us stayed for 2 nights in two rooms. Room is comfortable and quite spacious. The only issue we have is the internet wi-fi connection: first day very good, second day very lousy.

First off the location is good, just near the Outlet Mall. The hotel is in dire need of a remodel but for the price I can't complain too much. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are totally out of service and it appears for some time now. The parking lot is cluttered with materials much like a construction site. The rooms had everything including coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The decor and state of everything is old and run down. It is what you'd expect from a 1-2 star hotel. I'm a guy and I was staying alone on a fishing trip and don't require much so I decided to try Roadway Inn. My wife likes nicer places so for sure I wouldn't bring her here. I'd like to live a little longer!

Location was great, room is clean. But wifi is not good in our room. Staff is good, he gave us special code so we can use our device at front desk.

This was a decent hotel, nothing extraordinary, but worth money I was charged at that time. Can consider if no better options available.

The hotel was dated but clean. The paint and elephant wall paper was a bit odd. My biggest complaint is that I discovered ( after the second day) that the smoke detector was placed in the drawer of the dresser with the battery out. I looked around and there was no mounting bracket or even screws for mounting the detector on the cowling or wall. All in all it was stay able but the lack of consideration for life safety blows it in my book. The manager apologized over and over and produced a brand new detector as we left but did not offer to make it right....

Just another low key hotel, good if you are just looking to spend the night in a relatively cheap place, which is hard to find in the area.

This hotel was okay but didn't want to pay more than $100. (But that was more than $100.) They said they have a pool and wifi. But they don't have water in the pool even thougj it was 100 degrees. Also I couldn't use wifi wither.

The mattress was HARD. Good location, this is an old motel, we stayed there in the 1980's when skiing and were glad to find something in Mammoth under $100 a nite.

Rooms smells of old smoke, need paint and refurbish otherwise excellent location and good value for price.

My one overnight stay was average. This place was typical of the cheapest options. Like others, there are always odd things wrong that indicate obvious carelessness of the staff. A VERY slow bathtub drain and broken coffee carafe were examples.
