Only issues were the current renovations which took out elevator and pool/hot tub. Property had informed us about this in advance so communication was very good and there were no surprises. Outside of that, loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Probably needs huge renovation...paint in room we were in, carpet in room we were in was filthy - it was dirty carpet as were hallways on 2nd floor. Not impressed as ratings shown by Expedia Canada were untrue.

Badly in need of an update and makeover. Really poor maintenance of facility. Carpets were dirty and stained. Walls were cracked and broken, shower didn’t work. Very noisy. Elevator not working. Staff was great but facility poor!

Find another hotel.

Elevators are out of order! No offer to get your luggage to the 3rd floor. Notice stated the pool will be closed towards the end of the month indefinitely as it requires work. Noise coming from the hallway and music all through the night. Sounded like running above us however we were the top floor?Overall I would never stay there again.

Nice stay.

The room was great and comfortable. The elevator was not working but the hotel let us know so we could make changes if we couldn't do the stairs with our luggage which we did take advantage of. The lobby furniture was showing bad wear and tear so didnt make a great first impression. The room and staff did make up for it.

The beds and bathroom were clean but the walls and carpets were completely beaten up and stained - easily one of the worst rooms I have stayed in. This is not a hotel that has been taken care of at all. We did not feel comfortable during our short stay. The walls were also paper thin, we could hear our neighbours crystal clear when they were just talking in their room and the hallways were noisy as well. The front desk staff were really welcoming and pleasant, but neglected to inform us at check in that we should not drink the tap water due to a water main repair project happening on their side of the city. There was just sheet of paper left in the room, that could easily be missed, which warned us that the tap water was unsafe to drink. We had to pick up bottles of water to keep on hand throughout our stay. Would not recommend.
