Staff were really helpful. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and as soon as i arrived they sorted me alternate milk for a cup of tea and explained breakfast options to help me. Room clean and quiet and all staff, wven those we passed in the hall ways said hello

Tired campers after our stay here.

The sofa bed was awful! It tipped at an angle (so your head was lower than your legs), the springs were horrendous, we didn't sleep at all. Main bed was fine and standard. Massive cobwebs all over the curtain boxing, on the outside. The TV was on the blink so we couldn't adjust the volume and occasionally wouldn't change channel. Breakfast was fine but not the best compared to other hotel chains of similar market. Loud doors so we could hear everyone coming and going all night. Check in guy was nice!

Expensive for what you get.

The room was ok but in real term a bit small for a family, with no space to open your luggage really. Beds and bathroom were clean and as you'd expect for a holiday inn. However there was no restaurant on sight as we'd expected from the amenities list on the hotels.com website and we never got feedback from the hotel when we emailed to asked. So all in all, quite expensive from what you get.
