Dog Friendly Farmstay close to York & Castle Howard, with beautiful walks & view
Beautiful well equipped cottage, part of the main farmhouse but fully self contained. The kitchen is well equipped with modern oven, fridge freezer dish washer & washing machine, the lounge/dining room, has a log burner so if you do come in the cooler months you can guarantee to be very cosy, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs a twin & a double, & a bathroom with a shower. There is parking right outside, in the summer you can sit & relax in the garden or courtyard, there is a fire pit where you can have BBQ’s. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with beautiful views over the Yorkshire Wolds & the Vale of York. Half an hours drive into York & 45min to the coast.10 min to Castle Howard. Fantastic walks from the doorstep.Very quiet, the perfect place to come & relax any time of year. Lovely pubs to go and eat in the evening, lots of great places to visit in the area,then a lovely cosy quiet place to come back to in the evening.
