Great location and smart, well equipped house
Well presented house in quiet area, had everything we needed including smart TV . Bakery at the top of the road and ten minute walk to city walls by cathedral. Can park right by house on narrow street, would be ideal for cycling around the city or walking you dog.
Had best sleep ever and great bath.

Smart. House and quick walk to town
Really smart house, better than photos. Comfortable and the owners made sure it was snug and warm for our arrival on a cold November evening. Good to be so central and in a smart area. Very comfortable beds!

Great, comfortable house, everything as described. Parking was very easy , always spaces in the street which is very quiet as a location. Perfect distance for walking in to York and excellent riverside dog walk very close by.

We enjoyed our stay. Three niggles though: the iron and ironing board were in a room we couldn't get into - the door seemed solidly stuck and we didnt want to pull the handle off; similarly the front door was difficult to open and shut - the edge of the door needs planing and the neighbours must be fed up with people slamming the door shut; it would have been of benefit to have a full length mirror somewhere in tje house. Finally we saw a rat in the back yard on one occasion.
