The master bedroom, located off the kitchen, includes a private master bath. The upstairs bedrooms are incredibly large and each features 2 Queen sized beds. A full bathroom is at the top of the stairs. A half bath and laundry center is on the main floor near the kitchen. Lovely location
The home is as described and accommodated 12 of us very well. The arrangement of the first floor level accommodated 2 adults and 2 children 3 and 5 with a bedroom including bunk beds and a full bed with a living room space that allowed the children some play space and privacy. The three bedrooms upstairs and master off the kitchen are spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms are new and function quite well. The neighborhood is great - in walking distance to Nubble Lighthouse and great ice cream stand. The house has fun art pieces throughout. There were a few things that needed attention but trust that they will be addressed.
