Perfect location right on the beach. We could walk across the road and be right there. older place but had everything we needed plus a 2 nd story view of the ocean. Would go there again.

Heard rats scampering in the attic at night.Was excessively difficult to open the front door, and difficult to access any help.Unhappily surprised by excessive charges not explained beforehand.Will not use Vrbo again!

Would never stay again!

If there was ever a place I wish I could get my money back on it would be this one. I have rented from VRBO for many years now and this was the worst place I’ve stayed. We were miserable and had to try to stay out of the rental for the most part to stay cool. There was only one floor unit to cool the entire unit. It stayed in the 90s and was unbearable. You have to be a very small person to fit in the bathroom. When you sit on the toilet you have to straddle the sink. The location is great and the view is beautiful but that’s about it. I’ve stayed in York a few times and have stayed at better places with the same location and view but much more comfortable unit.
