Treat yourself and your family to a much-deserved escapade at this peaceful colonial home! This two-story retreat enjoys a prime location on a private one-acre lot in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Long Sands Beach and York's Wild Kingdom and Amusement Park are located within a mile, while downtown York and York Short Sands Beach are located one and a half miles from home.

The home enjoys a beautiful front yard with a firepit where you can gather with your loved ones for some storytelling while roasting s'mores or planning your next adventures. The front porch provides inviting seating and a nice spot to unwind outdoors.

As you enter this darling home, you will notice gorgeous wooden accents and wood floors throughout most of the home, adding a delightful rustic touch. Enjoy cold winter days snuggling by the warmth of the pellet stove in the living room. A large sectional invites you to kick back and relax as you stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. There is also a Playstation, so don't hesitate to bring your own games too! You can also entertain your guests in the formal dining room, furnished with a beautiful large dining table that is perfect for family meals. The cook-friendly, well-equipped kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances and a great island. From here, you can access the screened porch, which offers a fantastic spot to unwind, dine alfresco, and host summertime cookouts. All four bedrooms are located on the upper level for added privacy.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
