Would not recommend. We arrived and realized we hadn’t been provided check-in information. After contacting the host, they informed us the home we had reserved was unavailable and offered us a different property. Since it was late and we had a pet with us, we didn’t have many other options and agreed to stay in the other property. It was ok, not as clean as it could have been and lacked the amenities we had been looking forward to in the home we booked (game room, balcony, etc.). We asked the host that we be charged for the home we actually stayed in, which didn’t have the same amenities, rather than the higher price of the home that was unavailable. They refused our request for a modest partial refund and charged us for the home we never even saw. Communication was poor. I wouldn’t rent from this host again.

Lack of communication for check in, property was nasty, couch smell like feet, cat pee smell in building. Bathroom smell of mildew. No closets, dirty glasses in cabinet My first and last booking. I’m very disappointed!
