A great place to stay. We stayed with a group of 25 and the accommodations were quite comfortable. All the keys were already waiting for us prior to our arrival, which made for an easy check in with such a large group. I wouldn't recommend prepaying for breakfast as it is pricey and there a lot of other choices around the area that are a lot more affordable and offer different varieties of food.
Really nice hotel! Location was very good. Enough size and clean room. I would like use that hotel again if I have chance next time! Only parking was so small and difficult to park. I really recommend this hotel.
I would stay here again. Wish they had more dining options, the cafe had weird hours and the primary restaurant is French; personally I was looking for Japanese in Japan! No pool.
We were very happy with our entire experience at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to assist us.
I loved this hotel and I am a very picky person. It was in a good location close to both trains and food. A great mall is right across the street accessible by walkways.
The hotel accommodated three adults in one room and one was in a wheelchair. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate how courteous the staff was in all departments. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, which is a buffet, but it offered variety of selections both western and Japanese. This breakfast option was offered to us at check-in and it made planning the days activities easier. Overall this was one of most pleasant hotel stays I have experienced. Would definitely return to this hotel.
Other than the normal smallness of the rooms in Japan, I consider this a top notch hotel. Professional staff, reasonable English, and very helpful. Location directly across from Naval base.
Of course the rooms are small but I prefer that to paying double in an American sized room. Very classy building and staff. Perfect location for the town.
This hotel was every thing we wanted, close to the Navy base, shopping and great food.
Room was rather small, but it's standard in japan for business trip or just visiting the place. It was very clean and comfortable.
Well, my first impression of the hotel was that it is up-scale, when I walked into the lobby, it was spotless, tastefully decorated and clutter-free. I was demanded to leave a copy of my military ID, and had to argue with the front desk person about doing so, this hotel does not realize that this is a violation of Military SOFA agreement...but I reported this to my base and they will deal with the hotel. I went into my room and it was very small (common for Japan) but very clean, Then I wanted to take a shower and I usually use multiple towels so when I saw there was only one bath, face and hand towel, I was a bit taken back because even if one person is staying in a room, most hotels provide at least 2-3 bath towels, hand towels and face towels, so I really do not know what the problem is with this hotel. I realize that this hotel has just re-opened after being closed for a long time so it is not crowded which I like, but, they need to provide their customers with more hotel based activity as Yokosuka is not a very entertaining place but it is close to the military base, so it worked for me.
