The hotel gave me a heavy smoking room which made me cough and unbreathable. The room # is 714. I refused this room. The reception gave me a non smoking single bed room for two adults which was too small to sleep for two adults in one single bed. The room # is 409. Then the second day we moved again to a two beds room non smoking, room # is 908. The two days stay in the hotel was ruined by the move to three rooms and a non sleeping night on the 1st night due to one bed for two adults. I requested for a full refund of the stay in this hotel

Typical Toyoko Inn, but Noisy

The problem with this Hotel is the Noise from the Train Lines close to the Property. Very active JR Line from 5 AM to 12 Midnight.

Excellent value for money Great budget hotel

We live Toyoko Inn hotels. We always tried to book it if possible. The hotels are near train stations within walking distance. Free breakfast with simple food which are adequate. Good facilities. Very clean. Beds were a bit hard but still comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was compact . Reception staff have limited English but no problem with check in. Service with a smile. It was such a great value for money.

The hotel was super close to the station in Fujisawa. No issue with check-in, was straightforward and hassle free. They even let us store our suitcases at the hotel before check-in time. Good wi-fi. Complimentary breakfast was included however we never got to experience it as we were never ready before breakfast ended at 9.30. The rooms were clean but were small (what you'd expect for Japan). It's a small space for 2 people, maybe more suitable for a solo traveller. The bed was incredible uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that we actually were unable to sleep and left a day early as we couldn't face another night in the bed. It's a shame as that was the only downside to the hotel.

Great Hotel

What an amazing hotel. All the staff was helpful n courteous. Room was clean and was well stocked with amenities. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was a super start to the day. Everything was close by including train station and many places to eat and shop. Don't miss this hotel. Happy Trails
