説明欄はきちんと見た方がいいと思います。

友人と1泊の宿泊で利用しました。 ホテル案内の説明欄にトイレ＆お風呂は共有と書いてなかった為、非常に困りました。 トイレ＆お風呂が共有するものということはきちんと記載してくれた方がいいと思いました。 また、お風呂は鍵をかけて入室したのにも関わらずドアノブをガチャガチャされて恐怖を感じたので入室しているということをパッと見でわかるようにした方がいいと思います。

ドミトリーに泊まりました。 2日目の夜家族が隣の2段ベットでしたが、 子供がいたから仕方ないけど、少しうるさかった、。 壁に防音シートを貼るなど、もう少しだけ、音に配慮してほしい。 でも、手作りの感じや、小さなベッドを希望していたので、滞在自体は、嬉しかった。楽しかった。

小町通りからも近く、とても便利です。隣りに有料の駐車場がありますが、繰り返し料金がなかったので、数ｍ離れたところに止めました。ファミリルームは外階段を登った２階で、トイレとお風呂は別ですが、清潔感があり、家族連れでも安心して使えました。ランドリーは併設ですが１台しかないため、時間が合わなければ使えません。また、家庭用の洗濯機のため、乾燥には時間がかかります。それでも、鎌倉はコインランドリーがないので、ありがたいです。 朝食はシリアル（グラノーラとCHOCO味がありました）とコーヒーまたは紅茶が着いています。 駅までもすぐなので、鎌倉観光には最適です。バストイレ別が気にならなければ、鎌倉でこの値段は他にないと思います。 近くに清水湯という昔ながらの銭湯もあります（大人五百円）し、パン屋さん、クレープ屋、お肉屋さんなど、食べ歩きには最適です！

ファミリールームを利用したのですが、スタッフの方の対応はすごく良かったです。 ブラックキャップが数箇所置いてあったのは気にはなりましたが出没することなく過ごせました。念の為ってことでしょうかね。パーキングも目の前にあり止められました。小町通りへは歩いて行けました。 少し不便だなと感じたのはアメリカンスタイルに床は靴で歩くというところでした。 子供がいたのでどうしても裸足のまま床に降りてしまい気になりました。使い捨てスリッパなどの備え付けがあるとまだいいのかなと思いました。それか持参するよう分かりやすく書いていただけたらと思います。どこかに記載があり見落としていたらすいません。あと気のせいか、水切りラックに少しホコリがたまってて洗えてないような気はしました。使わなかったので問題はなかったですが。総合的にはこの立地でお安く泊まれたのとスタッフの方が良かったので良かったです。
