逗子マリーナから徒歩数分のロケーション。静かで窓からの景色も、海とマリーナが見えて良い。 ただ、道路から家まで、細い坂道と階段を数分歩かなければならず、風情は楽しめるが、足腰がそれほど強くない人にはきついかも。
