A lovely hotel with excellent staff in all areas

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and the most extensive and varied breakfast buffet that we’ve ever come across! Our room was well equipped, with a big, comfort bed and plenty of space. All the staff, from door staff, reception, breakfast buffet staff were excellent, always smiling, helpful and professional. In particular Ocha, who was one of the reception staff was particularly helpful with arranging transport and making reservations at places of interest. She was really lovely! Equally, Dedi, the driver who took us to and from the airport and who we hired for a day to drive us around was excellent. Dedi was very professional, safe and looked after us really well. He took things very seriously and must have eyes like a hawk as, whenever we exited a place of interest, even if it had a big car park he would be driving up to us within a few seconds! Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice with a modern style. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. The rooftop bar is right next to the pool and serves alcohol as well as soft drinks. The staff are all very professional and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Gorgeous hotel with comfortable if smallish room and bathroom. Pool lovely. Obviously a venue for small events - sweet 17 celebration & wedding party held whilst there so customs viewed without leaving hotel. Breakfast very good in comfort plus coffee shop. I’d return

There was a strong smell caused by construction and painting coming from just outside our room. It made it hard to sleep. When asked about it they finally got back to us and said we could change rooms but it was late and we were tired. The smell was finally gone by the time we checked out.

The most outstanding aspect of my stay was the amazing staff—everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. They really made the experience feel welcoming. Good hotel with a clean room and nice view of the city/ mountain at the distance from the upper floor room. The staff is friendly and helpful.
