長所は、コスパの高さ、朝食ブッフェの種類の多さ、丁寧なスタッフたちのサービス。 少し気になったのは、シャワー温度が安定しないこと、両替ができないこと。 空港までは歩いて3分、送迎車で10分なので歩きたくなるがホテル正面の道路は車の往来が多く、リスクもあるのであまりお勧めはできない。 ジョグジャカルタに来るならまた泊まると思います。

The door lock that didn't work on my first day, and no one came to my room to check why it is not working or did I missed step/s in the process of locking the door from the outside, I was just informed not to worry cause there is a CCTV outside my room. Probably I should have used all door locks before turning the main doorknob (from the inside) so that it will work (my observation) and it worked. I like the hotel receptionist people they are very friendly and very welcoming. Hotel and airport transfers are well provided.

Convenient for airport

Great staff, courteous and polite. Room was okay, asked for non-smoking and was given one. However, there's a smoky smell when I enter. Room service food was tasty and reasonably priced.

A rather aging property and definitely does not live up to the standard of Sofitel or Mgallery. Rooms are rather aged and the bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, lotion) were a joke! Luckily i brought my own. Service of the staff and bed were fantastic. Sound-proofing of rooms was not very good. You can hear the traffic noises rather easily if your room is facing or nearby the main roads.

CLEAN, GREAT STAFF SERVICE

Within walking distance or like a 2 minute car ride to the airport. It's 30 minutes away from Maliboro Street where all the crowd is but that's what I wanted, a quiet stay and close to some of the temples like Pramabanan, Sewu. The service is crazy Westernized which means that everything is effortless. Room is very clean and modern, feels good! The hotel had everything: a rooftop bar, swimming pool (didn't really use it though because the area overall is just dusty), and a gym, spa. Some setbacks but as long as you have the expectation: since it's not near the crowds, the area has very small selection of eats. You almost have to take a car to go 1-2 miles away from the hotel, unless you're ok walking on the not so friendly "pedestrian side walk.'

A nice hotel but far from city center

Nice hotel, clean spacious room at affordable price. Not sure if this hotel was renovated recently, smell from the paint/renovation works are quite strong

Hotel is located right outside the airport. There are a few good places to eat at walking distance and the offered us a shuttle back to the airport when we checked out.

Great Place to Stay

I just over-nighted in this hotel as a step between the airport (which is close, don't believe the taxi driver when they tell you "It is far....") and the train station, which is also fairly close. The hotel is modern, well-appointed and clean. I used room service, which was fast and good. I didn't use any of the facilities because I was up and gone by 6:15 am. The staff were super helpful and spoke great English. I would stay here again.
