Excellent room and services and excellent staff. Reception staff Tamara was very accommodative of our needs and she even arrange a car with driver for us for a 12 hour trip starting early morning. The staff at the restaurant and the roof top bar were excellent too and provided us our choice of food that were not in the menu. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, great service, great price

Great location 500 meters from the train station, 500 meters from a mall. There is a massage spa 100 meters away. The hotel has a lot of local group tours but it didn’t bother us. The breakfast is very vegetarian friendly. For the price, location, efficient and quality of service with friendly smiles, I highly recommend this hotel

A great place to stay in Yogyakarta

If your staying in Yogyakarta then this is a great hotel, which is within walking distance of Malioboro street the main shopping and museum area. The staff are welcoming and provide a friendly supportive service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I had no problems sleeping. The breakfast is delicious and the swimming pool on the roof top was a perfect place to relax. Make sure you visit Borobudur & Prambanan Temples.

The hotel was central and clean. The pool area was nice although we did not get to enjoy it much since we were busy during the day and the pool shut down at 6pm. It would have been nice if the pool stayed open later so we could use it in the evening.

O hotel é bom, silencioso e está num local de fácil acesso: próximo à estação de trem e à rua principal. No quarto, há frigobar, cofre, ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e secador de cabelo. Não há toalha de rosto. Não há tomadas próximas à cama. A TV é enorme, mas com poucos canais internacionais. O colchão é macio demais, parecendo que precisa trocar por novo. Há água à vontade, mas precisa pegar no corredor em várias bebedouros. O wi-fi é muito bom, mas tem um sistema ruim de conexão: precisa inserir os dados a todo momento que quiser se conectar, pois não memoriza os dados. O chão é barulhento quando se anda, pois são placas de madeira e rangem por serem antigas ou estarem danificadas por causa da umidade que vem do banheiro. Como não há box ou cortina no chuveiro, parte da água vai para o quarto, molhando o chão e danificando o piso de madeira. No banheiro, há somente um dispenser de sabonete no box. Se quiser lavar as mãos, precisa entrar no box para pegar um pouco de sabonete. O piso do box é muito escorregadio (vide foto). Em vez de deixar um aviso, seria mais fácil e seguro colocar fitas antiderrapantes no chão para evitar quedas. Tive problemas com a TV e o cofre, que foram resolvidos em pouquíssimo tempo. Atendimento muito bom e cordial. O café da manhã é excelente e bem completo. Tive um problema no meu quarto que considero grave: matei uma barata no banheiro (vide foto). Deve ter entrado pelo ralo que estava sem tampa.
Em vez de avisar, seria mais fácil solucionar o problema.

Personal sehr nett! Personal top, Zimmer flop. Das Zimmer war alt und abgeranzt. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren eher grau als weiß mit verschiedene Flecken drauf, Geruch auch nicht besonders frisch. Wenn die sauber waren dann sollten die ersetzt werden. Der Handtuch was ich auf dem Boden geschmissen habe, wurde vom Housekeeping wieder aufgehängt. Das Badezimmer war auch nicht sauber. Klo ekelig mit Urinstein, im Waschbecken auch verschiedene Flecken. Das Zimmer roch alt und muffig wie im Keller, meine Sachen nach dem Aufenthalt auch. Im Badezimmer hat es gestunken. Es gibt kein Vorhang nur Rollo (auch nicht sauber) morgens wird es sehr schnell hell. Das Zimmer ist hellhörig, die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Föhn unbenutzbar da das Plastik geschmolzen war. Frühstück ok, aber fast nur indonesisch, die Teller waren nicht ganz sauber. Meiner Meinung nach sehr weit weg vom Ibis-Standard. Die Musik aus der Bar war wahnsinnig laut.

部屋はコンパクトにまとまった感じです。バスタブがありませんでした。シャワーの温度が低く出たあと寒く感じました。2泊しましたが、2日間ともぬるかったです。朝食は種類も豊富で良かったです。7階のバーもしゃれていて食べ放題もありましたが、早い時間で終わってしまいます。バーでお酒が飲めますが、日本と変わらないか割高です。総合的に見てまあまあ良かったですが、トイレの自分で当てるシャワー式ウォシュレットは日本人には使いづらいかも。
