Valencia - Yerrinbool. This renovated cottage is surrounded by gum trees and the peacefulness of the National Park. The grounds include a 20-metre heated lap pool with a hot tub, overlooking the stunning bush setting. We are a pet-friendly property that can sleep up to 7 people with 2 bathrooms servicing the rooms. Mittagong and Bowral are close by as are wineries, wedding venues and eateries. Valencia is the perfect private getaway in a bushland setting. Note: studio does not have bathroom. Note: The main cottage can sleep up to 7 in 2 Queen beds plus a child's bed, and a sofa bed in the lounge room There are 2 extra sleeping quarters that are separate to the main cottage should you wish to use them. One room has a single bed and the studio has a single day bed with a trundle Guests have access to all parts of the property. The property is fenced however dogs can escape through parts of the fence so 100% supervision is required. We are available by phone, App, text or email. Country area well treed with National Park surrounds. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. There are neighbouring houses so noise must be kept to a minimum. Guests will need a car to drive around the area. There are local buses that service the area as well (Berrima Buslines). Please note in Summer months that snakes will be about. Please supervise your pets and children. The pool and spa are a wonderful addition to this property and we ask that you supervise your children and pets whilst swimming or being near water.
