I cannot recommend Stepan’s place enough. We had a truly incredible experience here in his beautiful apartment for our family trip. Everything was walkable, it was in a luxurious and safe neighborhood, the apartment had everything we needed and was so stylish and beautifully furnished and designed. It was our first time in Armenia, visiting from Canada. He was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will absolutely be back. Thank you Stepan for being such a wonderful host!

Wonderful condo/location!

This condo is in a great location and has all of the extras you could ask for. Stepan was very communicative and helpful. So nice to have everything you need in such a modern and comfortable space. Washer and dryer were a bonus? Great little restaurants all close by with a beautiful park right out the door. Highly recommend this place....
