Well designed and gorgeous new apartment, 10 minuets away from Republic square (Downtown) of Yerevan. There is one cozy bedroom, one modern bathroom with jacuzzi, equipped kitchen with great bar, luxury living room and convenient large hall. There is also balcony where you can enjoy BBQ (in the tonir ) with the great view of Masis Ararat along with beautiful nature. There are plenty of shops , banks, gym entertainment nearby. There is also church next to the building.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
