House is rented entirely, including a private yard.
Outdoor highlights: large terrace for preparing tasty dishes on the fireplace, relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a peaceful coffee. Personal BBQ gazebo with accessories for cooking delicious food (skewers,grill grate, one bundle of firewood). It is perfect for evening gatherings.
Sauna with panoramic glass overlooking the river (extra fee).
Activities: fishing in the river (we provide fishing rods), playing volleyball, badminton, backgammon, chess, dart or simply resting in a hammock. This place is ideal for photo tours, hiking and rock climbing (routes are very close!). Parties & events can be held. Free car parking on the territory of the house.

We offer the best of both worlds - peaceful seclusion and proximity to major attractions: Lake Sevan, Bjni Fortress, Mayravanq Monastery, Tsaghkadzor ski resort, Aghveran hot springs.
