The staff were friendly and kind , the hotel was clean . No elevator but upart from that everything was very good and our family were pleased . Also the location of the hotel was very good.

The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and walkable to transport options, restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean, comfortable and contained everything i needed. It was in very good condition for the price of the room. The only negatives were a weak wifi signal in my room which would regularly disconnect and then reconnect again. Also, on occasion, i could smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere which i coukd not locate. Overall, it was very good value.

I had a great stay! The hotel is right in the city center, close to all the main attractions, yet surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel is cozy and welcoming, and the staff were polite and helpful. The amenities were impressive: high-quality toiletries, soft robes, and comfy slippers made my stay extra enjoyable. Everything felt well-thought-out and of great quality.

My stay was disappointing. The building is not exclusively a hotel; families live on the other floors, making it feel less like a professional lodging. The stairs are narrow and poorly lit, and there is no elevator, which made it very inconvenient to stay on the 4th floor. This should be clearly mentioned in the property description.

The hotel was excellent and had all the necessary amenities. It was clean and well-organized. The management had put a lot of thought into the details even though the hotel was small. Buen alojamiento, céntrico y personal hiper atento

Una gran atención del personal. Buenos servicios y precios ofrecidos. Habitación muy amplia y funcional. Tranquilo y céntrico. Nos vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto y nos llevaron al hotel, por nuestra cuenta creo hubiera sido difícil encontrarlo, no está muy destacado el acceso. Es como entrar a un piso en un edificio de viviendas. Escaleras. Alguna reparación sería necesaria en la habitación, cómo la tapa del WC.

Bellissima esperienza

Bellisimo, siamo arrivati in mezzo della notte e ci aspettavano, posso dire che il personale è stato veramente gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta erano pronti ad ascoltare e risolvere qualsiasi esigenza, nonostante non c'è l'ascensore, ma in cambio abbiamo avuto confort a 5 stele, non mi lo aspettavo perché in camera abbiamo trovato accappatoi, ciabatte, spazzolini, servizio per fare il thé, in più c'è anche una cucina dove si poteva cucinare. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti, ci hanno aspettato al aeroporto per più di un'ora perché aerio era in ritardo, ci hanno lasciato dopo il check out senza pagare nulla.... Veramente grazie a questo hotel ci siamo trovati vicino al centro e molto comodo. Grazie mille allo staff
