В качестве дополнительных услуг по желанию клиентов также может быть организована доставка еды в комнату (завтрак не вылезая из постели), уборка, стирка, глажка. Может быть предоставлены водитель с машиной (Mercedes), гид, переводчик (английский, французский, русский, армянский язык), доставка билетов на концерты и выставки. Подневная оплата $ 40/ $60; месячная оплата - $ 550 (Note: плюс $500 сохраняется в качестве страховочного депозита и возвращается по истечении срока договора).
