The location, friendliness of the staff were amazing and pleasant. The owner herself welcomed us and everyone loved and cared about our stay like a family. However the beds are too old, mattress deformed. Pillows are old. Shower was plugged. And the breakfast was cold and 80% same every morning which was no appealing to us. But I’d like to thank the staff for being so kind.

Clean recent hotel in the center

The hotel was very clean. Rooms are recently renovated and furnished. Friendly staff. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat hidden in the local yard behind the barrier. Can be intimidating but otherwise very good place to stay in the center of Yerevan.
