Gevork

My fully paid reservation made months in advance was not honored, but the money was accepted and taken. We did not find out that we had no lodging until the day of the reservation, in the middle of travel to our destination. The only reason we found out in advance of arriving at the lodging at 3am, was because we called to confirm how to get the keys given the late arrival. There was no communication, no notice, and no accommodation.
