The staff is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. The owner really went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is that the building, furniture, and decor are dated. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but are sleepable. In general, this hotel is a great option. It's close to the train and metro stations. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby, and the Lusik Aguletsi Museum is a short walk away.
