The room was very nice and big but not cool enough. One room was cooler than the other one and when we addressed there were nothing they could have done since it was A/C max, they gave us a fan which helped. Also, there were no dresser or drawer there and we kept our clothing in the luggage for 2 weeks. They only had the one that you can hang but no drawers. Other than that all was ok and very kind and caring staff. Breakfast was great too.

It is fine

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The laundry service took two days, which I am not happy about it. The Internet connection was slower than I use to have. However the price was much reasonable than other offers in the same area of the city.

My parents had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities were in good condition. What truly stood out was the staff—they were extremely attentive and responsible, always available to help with any requests or questions I had.

It was my first visit to Armenia, besides the fact that it’s a beautiful place, the Armenian hospitality is unique and you see it at this hotel. The staff was polite, the areas and rooms were clean, the cleaning ladies were patient and always working, they won’t knock to advise you it’s cleaning time, they will wait for you to leave your room before cleaning up. They greet you everytime they see you. The restaurant at this hotel had plenty of fresh fruits and all sorts of options daily, it’s hard to not find what your looking for. I’m always on time and I respect the indicated hours of service, so when they say 10am or 10:30am(weekends) end of breakfast I expect them to stop serving food, but here comes the Armenian hospitality, the chef and staff welcome you in even when your late, I saw this happen (not with me) with other guests and they made sure that even late they had options for food. I’m certain that this was appreciated by those guests. Great hotel, I will stay here again.
