Welcome to Ben's Budget Apartment - Now with Air-conditioning!

Welcome to Ben's Queenslander! This charming top level (only) of an authentic Queenslander is perfect for families and budget-conscious travelers. Located just minutes from town, you'll have easy access to all the best attractions and activities in the area, including restaurants, bars, eateries and plenty of things to keep the kids happy and active on your beachside holiday.

The space features two bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Two extra fold up beds are available if you are a larger family.

Both bathrooms are functional, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, the spa bath is currently not operational as a spa or as a bath tub as considerable repairs are necessary.

The living area is spacious, with high ceilings a comfortable sofa and TV with full streaming access to Foxtel platinum, for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped industrial kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home.

NB: THE SPA BATH IS CURRENTLY NOT OPERATIONAL.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a desk, and a dining table.
