The keep is situated on the edge of Yeovil town centre. It has a fairly compact car park through an arch which is enough for around 7 cars. Other than breakfast time there are no staff on site but they are readily available via phone or intercom. I am happy to say this was one of the better hotels i have stayed in and as i work on the road that is certainly a statement in itself. The room was lovingly presented, spacious and clean as a whistle. There was a large comfy bed, sofa and walk in shower room. Also in the room there was a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent; partially cooked to order and the rest available on self service. There is a surprisingly large selection if you dont want a typical english cooked. Lorraine, the manager/owner was an excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint feel and modern interiors. Limited parking on site, but plenty of parking nearby. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Great room but didnt like the location.

Good sized room with comfy bed, large tv. Fridge & microwave. Very clean, but noisy as it overlooked a road. Good sized bathroom. Problem with on site parking which is limited. Management reserved a space for me, but another guest took it & i had to park in a pay & display car park nearby, so not great for guests with mobility issues. Did not have breakfast, but the dinkng area looked very nice. Would not stay again due to noise & limted on site parking.

Disabled friendly and excellent service.

Great stay, weird not having reception staff but we got sorted straight away in the room using the key code entry system. Room was large and the wet room was excellent. I’m in a wheelchair so the facilities were well suited for me.

Great hotel

Working at the local hospital. I found the team to be very friendly and helpful on arrival. Lorraine actually let me check in early as the room was ready (11am) which was a big help after a long drive and could freshen up. Bed was super comfy, shower had good water pressure and complimentary waters very welcome in 33 degree heat. The key fob entry worked well too. No complaints. Will stay again.
