I was surprised to notice a sewage-like odor in the bathroom, along with a faint rotten smell. Despite being on a high floor, noise from outside continued past midnight, which affected the overall experience. On a positive note, the room itself was spacious and fairly clean.

For at least 3 nights out of our 5, there was smoking in the room/s on our floor despite this being a no-smoking hotel. I called front desk and while they were apologetic, all they offered was an air filter. Not a room change. One of the major machines in the gym was not functioning and there wasnโ€™t a sign up till later in the day/following day. I loved this hotel greatly last year, but this year standards have slipped.
