Confortable bed, good heating, hot shower. All amenities. Hairdryer available at reception. Courtyard outside for private open space we would have used if staying longer. Only negative hard to fill kettle in sink- had to use mugs provided. Enjoyed our stay.. and would stay again.

Stayed here Saturday night after coming back from Wagga Wagga after visiting the Ladysmith railway museum good size room and bathroom facilities, WiFi good, quiet, microwave, but needs new back fence on patio basically gone, just look at pictures. Close to main centre of town.

The owner was lovely and very friendly. The room was small and the bathroom very small. The furniture was nice. The bed seemed like a double, not a Queen. The bed linen was very noisy when you moved, and hard. It was as if it had been washed in harsh detergent or bleach and not rinsed properly and it irritated my skin. It was disappointing as it was an expensive room and definitely not good value for money.
